to you in one easy to read bound presentation - every carrier, every option and sound
advice with only your interest in mind.
- Once You Hire Us - We will conduct employee meetings to thoroughly explain
the entire benefits program. Subsequent to the initial meeting we are available to
come back later in the plan year to conduct what we call "Lunch & Learn" meetings for
new employees.
- Experienced Customer Service Representatives - Who are available to each and every
employee of your firm and understand that they work for our clients and not the
insurance carrier - dedicated people you and your employees can trust to act on your
best behalf.
- Advanced Renewal Notification - We contact our clients 60, 90
and as much as 180 days (depending on the complexity of the account) prior to the renewal
to start gathering the information needed to begin the renewal process. This insures that
our clients will have enough time to make an educated and informed decision about the
future of their benefits program.
- Industry and Legislative Knowledge - Strong knowledge of COBRA, HIPPA, FMLA and
the NJ Continuation laws. We conduct seminars on these topics as well as other industry
related topics and provide services to out-source COBRA administration.
- Our Website - A service tool with financial planning calculators, insurance forms and
COBRA information, just to point out a few of the features.
