Internal and external position, with advanced client contact.

Job Duties and Specifications:

* Review proposals for review by Benefits Consultants.
* Coordinate all Customer service / Marketing staff members.
* Oversee submission of sold new business cases to appropriate party.
* Answer all client questions.
* Research and resolve clients' claims/billing matters for communication to client directly.

Education / Experience / Skill Qualifications:

* Insurance knowledge necessary; 3+ years carrier/brokerage preferred.
* Insurance license required (NJ Life and Health).
* Computer and Rating Software skills required.
* Individual must comprehend all aspects of basic group benefits insurance.
* Advanced client and insurance carrier communication skills.
* Ability to coordinate staff members to maintain a productive department.

Training and Supervision Provided:

* Funding to obtain various advanced insurance titles and designations.
