Internal position, with moderate client contact.

Job Duties and Specifications:

* Large group marketing.
* Utilize Health Carrier Software to produce "small group" quotes.
* Prepare internal spreadsheets for review by Account Representative.
* Utilize Health Carrier Software to perform provider searches.
* Oversee Application and Directory supplies.
* Submit sold new business cases to appropriate party.
* Submit new applications to the appropriate carriers.
* Answer generic client questions.
* Research and resolve clients' claims/billing matters for Account Representative.

Education / Experience / Skill Qualifications:

* Insurance knowledge necessary; 1-3 years carrier/brokerage preferred.
* Insurance license required (NJ Life and Health).
* Computer and Rating Software skills required.
* Individual must comprehend all aspects of basic group benefits insurance.

Training and Supervision Provided:

* Specifics of Group Insurance benefit plans and rating / experience structures.
* Advanced client and insurance communication skills.
* Analysis of both small and large group benefits packages.
* Education of ancillary coverages and alternative funding methods.
